Do you accept commissions from individual parishes?
Yes. The majority of our commissions come from parish choirs, cathedral scholas, and small dioceses. A modest parish budget is rarely a barrier — we have built a sliding fee structure and can often pair a commission with a residency weekend.
How does licensing of existing recordings work?
Most recordings in our library are available for non-exclusive liturgical and educational use. Send the title, the intended context (parish use, livestream, devotional podcast), and the term. We respond with a one-page license and a fair fee schedule within a week.
Can you set a new English text to Gregorian chant?
Frequently. We compose new propers, ordinaries, and antiphons in English for parishes who wish to retain the chant tradition but serve a vernacular congregation. The process is collaborative — drafts are reviewed with your music director before any final notation.
What is a typical lead time for a new commission?
For a single SATB anthem or a set of chant propers, allow ten to fourteen weeks. Larger works — a full Mass setting, a multi-movement Te Deum, a Holy Week cycle — typically require four to nine months. We keep a small queue and will tell you honestly if your date is not realistic.
